Actions to support ION Stage 2
A few notes on how to show your support.

- Learn more about the project and the options under consideration on EngageWR.
- Catch up on ION stage 1, transit cost research, and more on our home page and on our Resources page.
- Act
- Present to Regional Council your unique perspective on why Council should move forward. They will be selecting one of the options for Stage 2 at the Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Development committee meeting at 9am on November 4, and affirming it at Council at 7pm on November 17.
- Sign up to delegate (present) in person or remotely.
- Make a formal written submission.
- Show up to the meetings in person.
- Send a message of support directly to Regional Councillors. Share your own perspective, be to the point, and be respectful.
- Write a letter to the editor in a local newspaper.
- Speak up in your online or offline communities.
- And… if you know anyone in federal or provincial government leadership, tell them to fund ION Stage 2!
